Outing Description: Visit Mobile Botanical Gardens. We can wander together or separate, your choice. Visit www.mobilebotanicalgardens.org or their Facebook page for information on the gardens. You may want to become a member!

Date & Time: April 14, 2022 Gardens are open 9am-4pm (Longleaf Forest is open dawn to dusk)
Where (meet up?): Meet inside the front entrance at 10:00am. Some folks may want to arrive earlier, but it would be nice to meet up at 10:00am to touch base. If you’d like to carpool as a driver or rider, please let me know and I’ll try to connect drivers with riders.
Cost: $8 pp, $6 for seniors 60+, Military and Student
Equipment:
Musts (reminders 😊): camera, lens (tele & wide…all size will be good), memory cards, extra batteries, know your camera and how to adjust your ISO, aperture and shutter speed easily.
Optional: Tripod for slow shutter speed shooting, remote shutter release or know how to use 2 sec delay if your camera has it; other props such as Lens Ball, clip to hold stems from blowing, spray bottle for droplets.
Food/Drink: Bring your own water and food. There are many great places to have a picnic – choose from the Herb Garden Gazebo, picnic tables at the Koi Pond or Longleaf Forest. We can decide later if we want to eat together.
Attire: Dress according to current weather conditions. Sunscreen, hat recommended.
